This is the main thrust of the business and we are passionate about it. We want to do the best for our clients in terms of opportunities generated and we will stick to our disciplined qualification procedures to ensure that the high quality of our lead information is maintained at all times.

We understand that this type of work is something sales personnel struggle to get excited about, to do it the justice that it deserves. They don’t have the time to dedicate whole days let alone weeks to such activity and execute all their usual job responsibilities that are required of them simultaneously.

At the other end of the spectrum, one can spend up to three months deploying an internal telemarketing team and getting members up and running with what they need to do so that they are effective in their jobs.

Those that cannot make it, last no more than 3 months and those that are good, want a change after 12-18 months by way of a promotion or a decent pay rise otherwise that resource can be lost.

Inside TriWonder Data (UK), the telemarketing and lead generation work can vary from a few days per month (usually lead incubation with a blanket arrangement in place), through to campaigns that can last as long as 60 consecutive working days.

Most pilot campaigns tend to be between 20 to 30 man-days of activity and we know within the first 10 days if a campaign is going to work or not. We find that 60 to 90 days per year per client yields a very strong set of sales leads for our clients.

Whatever the requirement, we will tailor our services around each individual client project and give best advice on market sector conditions prior to any new campaign.

The main objective is generating serious leads, however the market intelligence generated at the same time can also assist with competitor counter strategies (amongst other things) and those leads that are not ready for the sales force need to be incubated otherwise they risk going completely cold if left with a sales person to work on the more preliminary stages.

It is important to note that campaigns can fail due to poor target data. We therefore encourage clients to either buy new target data from a reliable source or commission us to cleanse their existing data prior to the start of a campaign.
