We offer services that enable companies to bring their solutions to their chosen target markets faster, at lower cost to that of the more conventional marketing services delivered by our competitors.

We also believe in sharing risk by providing certain guarantees of service. We don't get involved in services that project high profile as we believe that for most companies in the IT industry, such activities do not generate leads or prospects.

We believe in services that control and penetrate each target audience and report back our findings and results in a no-nonsense format that quickly removes scepticism in sales personnel and excites our clients with reliable, consistent sales pipeline and market intelligence.

TriWonder's People

TriWonder’s senior management comprises of people with past IT business solutions sales and marketing experience, targeting the UK's Manufacturing and Distribution sectors.

It is such experience and insight that introduced a disciplined approach at the very beginning (and has changed very little to this day), as to what makes a good new business prospect opportunity.

Management also roll up their sleeves daily and 'work the floor' beside the telemarketing personnel, giving everyone the opportunity to share knowledge and grow further understanding as well as mutual personal and client gain.

Through a wide variety of client projects into practically all UK business sectors since 1993, a large amount of very detailed intelligence has been generated.

This intelligence gives us the power to reduce the size and budgeted cost of client campaigns before even commencing a project. It also gives us the ability to report back and advise with very well informed and accurate ‘gut-feel’.

It is this knowledge that continues to enable 80% of our prospects to decide to become our clients.

The main reason for taking a decision to move our telemarketing to an outside agency was to free me of the day to day administration, management and motivation of an in-house team. In addition I expected to see a cost saving.
